El Nido

Global Reach first project was rooted from wanting to be more involved with the local communities wherever we travel. While visiting El Nido, Philippines in 2019, members from the Reach Global team met Jay Garcia. Jay is a proud Filipino family man who shared what children in El Nido, Philippines experience while commuting to school. A lot of students wear flip-flops or are barefoot while walking to school. For these students, on average the closest school is sometimes about an hour away. 

 Therefore, We decided to donate 20 pairs of shoes to young filipino scholars in the El Nido community! Scroll down to learn more!
